The Body Camp Fitness retreat in Mallorca is ideal if you enjoy having an active holiday or you want to re boot your fitness regime. The week long programme has been designed by a team of first class trainers, chefs and health professionals to help optimise your own personal level of health and fitness. In the morning the fitness trainers will encourage you to train hard but you can also opt for some hard core chilling and time out in the afternoon. Or exercise more if you wish.
