Nestled in a private estate of gentle hills and olive groves, Lefay is a stunning resort looking out over majestic Lake Garda, in northern Italy. • The family who owns Lefay believe deeply in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Their medical doctor has a specific discipline in sports medicine and is highly qualified as a teacher of TCM.  His main focus is using phytotherapy, plants, to aid health. Once you have had a consultation, they will prescribe herbs (European herbs - not Chinese herbs) that you are given twice a day.  The internal medical process may not feel very medical but offers incredible health benefits.
• Leave room in your packing for a bottle of Lefay's own extra virgin olive oil - made on their olive farms in Tuscany and also around Lake Garda, their exclusive produce is well worth buying as a healthy reminder of your Italian escape.
