Focus on outdoor fitness and experience a workout designed amidst the beautiful environment which surrounds. The Jungle Gym offers cardiovascular endurance, functional movement, spatial awareness, muscular strength, core stability, flexibility and balance. The focus of this outdoor fitness experience is to inspire guests to look at exercise as being available in any environment and with simple and multi-functional equipment, crafted from natural materials - such as wood and rocks; or recycled items, like used car tires and rope.

Location
Located on the fishing island of Naka Yai, you can reach the destination spa by boat in 10 minutes from Phuket. This is the only resort you will find on this beautiful island with pristine beaches of fine white sand and picturesque views across Phang Nga Bay. Inspired by the four life elements of fire, water, air and earth you will enjoy the wide range of Chinese, Indian, Indonesian and Thai treatments and therapies.

Food
Combining local seafood with traditional herbs and spices and organically grown ingredients mostly from the island's own biological gardens - the cuisine is called "Fishatarian". The innovative Thai cuisine offers a delicious variety of fresh and healthy meals in the Ton-Sai Restaurant. At breakfast and lunch you will find a refreshing buffet, for dinner an a la carte menu will be served. Alternatively you can dine in the raw food restaurant where freshly gathered produce from the organic vegetable garden is presented. Whatever you decide to have for dinner, there are not only dining tables but also large comfortable daybeds with stunning views over Phang Nga Bay.

Fitness and Daily Activities
The diversity of this fitness haven's sports programmes and other facilities is hugely impressive. Programs offered include Kinesis functional training, physiotherapy, two gymnasiums – with one in the natural surroundings of the jungle, meditation on a small islet, bootcamp sessions on the beach and an organically shaped lap pool. Other activities include adventurous pastimes such as sea kayaking, windsurfing, snorkeling, diving, mountain biking, trekking or rock climbing, but less active activities such as fishing, sailing and sightseeing tours are organised by the hotel, too. If you don't want to leave the Resort, you can participate in the thai massage school, gardening and cooking classes or experience the lifestlye-enhancing exercises of yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. And those wanting to take a break can just relax in the outdoor swimming pool or at the library. You can be sure that you won't get bored!

Wellness Approach

The Chinese section includes treatments from traditional Chinese medicine such as Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal massage that helps digestion). The Indian Pavilion offers colonic therapy, energy healing and other Ayurvedic treatments. A Thai Massage School provides guests the opportunity to learn the traditional art of this world renowned therapy. The Indonesian section features outdoor water therapy treatments and a watsu pool in a jungle setting. These are to name but a few!

Signature Treatment
Traditional Thai Massage. A 2000 year old treatment with its roots in yoga and Ayurveda. You will be given Thai pyjamas to wear and no oil is applied to the body. Your therapist will stretch your body in yoga like positions in synch with your breathing. With only Thai therapists who have undergone rigorous training you will get a first class Thai Massage. They even provide a 5 day course to teach you the skills for personal use if you are interested!
