Location

Anassa is a privately owned and family run hotel on the north-westerly tip of Cyprus. Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and unspoilt parts of the island, Anassa blends 5-star luxury, classical architecture and privacy. Rooms

Considerable attention was given to the size of the rooms, none of which are less than 44 square metres. All rooms have a bedroom area, a dining area, a large private balcony and a private bathroom with separate shower, separate toilet and bidet and a large bath. All rooms are richly furnished in a style reminiscent of Cyprus’ colonial history. The lounge area has a fatten sofa, with plump cream-coloured cushions, a wrought iron coffee table and a marble dining table with carver chairs. On the balcony there is an outdoor table and chairs made from teak. All rooms have a king size bed or twin double beds. Some suites also offer private plunge pool or outdoor whirlpool on their own private terrace.

Food

Cyprus is a varied and seasonal country. The culinary concepts and taste at the Anassa are based on seasonal influences; influences of hotel garden herbs, fresh farm produce sourced from local villages around Polis, and recipes to anticipate your desires. The resort offers four restaurants – a gourmet dining room, Basiliko, a formal dining room, Helios, a casual dining room, Amphora, and a pool side restaurant, Pelagos.
