• The Thermae Experience treatment which is one of the best hydrotherapy and heat circuits we have come across.  It includes 5 different heat rooms (steams and saunas) all at different temperatures and a frigidarium (ice grotto).  You are guided around each section in a certain order to achieve the best detoxifying and muscle relaxing results.  Don't underestimate this as a treatment in its own right - you will see the difference when you lay down in the relaxation room at the end.
