Spa holiday expert Wellbeing Escapes has launched a collection of "Mind Unwind" packages – based at some of the world's most acclaimed destination spas – which aim to de-mystify meditation. A three-night package at the Longevity Wellness Resort, in a lush nature reserve in the Algarve, costs from £1,100pp, including flights to Faro, initial consultation, classes in meditation, breathing and relaxation, two walking meditation sessions and relaxing treatments such as a massage and facial.
