Discovery Paths
3 different discovery paths have been designed to help you get the most out of your stay based on what your individual needs are. During your initial consultation you will decide which path you want to follow and the therapist will suggest which daily spa treatments you should have that will complement your path. Specific daily in house activities such as the yoga, mediation and fitness classes will be recommended in addition to activities outside of the resort. (Outdoor activities are at an extra cost - payable locally). The beauty of the all of the discovery paths is that they all include treatments and activities that are immersed in Balinese culture:
Balance Discovery Path - The Balance Path is aimed at restoring balance to the body and mind and is ideal if you are looking for luxurious relaxation. The programme combones spa treatments such as soothing body wraps and massages and activities such as gentle yoga, relaxation techniques and gentle walks
Creativity Discovery Path - The Discovery Path is all about releasing your inner creativity and creative expression through the beauty and colours of Balinese arts. In house activities will include creative yoga, meditation and guidance in woodcarving, basket weaving and performing arts such as drama, music and dance. Supplemented by traditional Balinese treatments to inspire creative rejuvenation.
Vigour Discovery Path - The Vigour Path will help you regain your strength, stamina and vitality, renewing your energy through movement and activity. This programme includes daily personal training, yoga, beach walks, spa treatments and body wraps. You will be encouraged to do other outdoor activities such as scuba diving, snorkelling and white wafter rafting.
