It is a popular misconception that you get a better deal when you book directly with the hotel. The deal you get with Wellbeing Escapes is the same or better and we will always match the price of the hotel. You will find special negotiated deals that are usually not available directly with the hotel – check out no single supplement deals, free nights and discounted or free spa treatments. Many of these are negotiated purely for our clients.
I can do my own research on the internet – TRUE BUT WATCH OUT!
Although the internet is a great source for instant information, what you see is not necessarily what you get. You will find thousands of options with individual hotel websites whose job is to do a great marketing job on their resort. We know this personally as we have visited many hotels and spas that did not deliver on our expectations from their marketing tools.
You could say the same applies for us BUT we invest a lot of time and resource in quality checks at both the hotel and spa and look at every detail, from the food to the activities to how comfortable you will feel on your own. The accuracy of our marketing material is checked to make sure you have a quality experience and that the experience delivers on what is promised.
