Wherever you work - be it a spacious office or a tiny cubicle - you should have a little corner of your own where you can introduce your own sense of feminine style.  

  • If you work in an office, it's easy to bring in fresh flowers, which not only give you, but also your colleagues, great pleasure.  Where there's space, add photographs of your loved ones, images of nature, some favourite crystals or colour stones, an aromatic candle, whatever you decide it's as much about how you go about your work as it is the space in which you work
  • Make sure that you have bottled water to drink during the day instead of stocking up on coffees or teas.  you can walk at least some of the way to work, even if you drive or us public transportation.  and you could walk through parks and other green areas to meetings or during your breaks. 

  • Take 'air breaks' as often as you can, bring your own nourishing food to eat, and save some carrots or nuts for that afternoon 'sugar break'. 

  • Try not to use your cell phone unless you have to, and move away from your computer when you can, massaging and exercising your fingers and hands as often as possible. 

  • You can also do some simple exercises during the day to relieve tension in your neck and shoulders.  Neck rolls, side bends and forward bends are all great.
