Nervous Travellers

We highly recommend Bach Rescue Remedy to help you stay calm during your flight

Move and Hydrate

The key to keeping healthy during a long flight is to regularly stretch your legs and drink lots of water.  Also hydrate your skin with a spritzer spray – you can make your own using distilled water added with eight to ten  drops of an essential oil such as lavender or bergamot  and put in a spritzer bottle (available in Boots). Or  we love  ila’s Energy Spray  which is a great travel size.

In Flight Kits

The Organic Pharmacy have a fantastic kit that contains essential supplies for the frequent or long haul flyer. A mixture of homeopathic remedies, flower essences and oils to soothe and support the body and mind. www.theorganicpharmacy.com

We highly recommend holistic silk massaging slippers and lavender eye masks (even for short haul flights). The slippers are great for flights as they have magnetic insoles that help with circulation and massage your feet. www.holisticsilk.com

Pre Flight Stretching

If your flight is not too early, try and do some stretching before you go to the airport so your body doesn’t feel knotted and tight during the flight.
